Welcome to Print & Grain LLC (“Print & Grain,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Print & Grain LLC.

By accessing our website, submitting a custom order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products and Customization

Print & Grain LLC creates handcrafted woodworking, 3D-printed, laser-engraved, personalized, and other custom products.

Many products are made to order and may be customized using names, photographs, logos, colors, text, designs, or other information supplied or selected by the customer.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, natural or production-related variations may occur. Wood grain, knots, color, stain, texture, engraving, 3D-print characteristics, and other details may vary slightly from product photographs or samples. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Colors displayed on a screen may also vary from the appearance of the finished physical product.

Custom Orders and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information submitted with an order, including names, spelling, dates, photographs, colors, sizes, logos, designs, and other specifications.

Once production begins, Print & Grain LLC may be unable to change an order.

If a design proof or customer approval is requested, production may not begin until approval is received. Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved spelling, layout, design, and personalization details.

Customer-Supplied Images, Logos, and Designs

By submitting a photograph, logo, artwork, trademark, name, design, or other material for use on a custom product, you represent that you have the right or permission necessary for Print & Grain LLC to use that material for your order.

You authorize Print & Grain LLC to reproduce, modify, resize, engrave, print, cut, or otherwise use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to produce your requested product.

Print & Grain LLC reserves the right to decline any design or custom order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, listing, or technical error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product, customization requirements, material availability, current order volume, and design approval requirements.

Any production or completion date provided is an estimate unless Print & Grain LLC specifically agrees otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Print & Grain LLC within 7 days of delivery and retain the product and packaging. Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required so that we can evaluate the damage and, when appropriate, pursue a carrier claim.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because many Print & Grain products are custom-made or personalized, custom and personalized products are generally final sale unless the product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the order due to an error by Print & Grain LLC.

If we make an error in producing your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photographs or other documentation may be required.

Normal variations in wood grain, color, texture, stain, engraving, 3D printing, or other handcrafted characteristics are not considered defects.

Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

Cancellations and Changes

Orders may generally be canceled or changed only before production begins.

Once materials have been cut, printed, engraved, customized, assembled, or otherwise placed into production for your order, cancellation may no longer be available.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Intellectual Property

The Print & Grain LLC name, logo, original website content, original photography, original graphics, and original designs created by Print & Grain LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Customer-supplied materials and third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchase of a Print & Grain product does not transfer ownership of Print & Grain LLC’s intellectual property except for the customer’s ownership of the physical product purchased.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems, or reproduce or misuse protected website content.

We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect Print & Grain LLC, our customers, or our systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Print & Grain LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print & Grain LLC from third-party claims arising from materials you submit for customization, your unlawful use of the website, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.

Changes to These Terms

Print & Grain LLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms unless otherwise required by law.
